Perk Miner LLC, a Nevada registered business located in Las Vegas, NV only charges a flat 10% fee (capped at $250), which guarantees a 900% ROI or higher ROI for business advertisers.

It’s free for members—no subscription fees, no contracts, and no hidden costs! Business advertisers are not charged for listing their business, but they must deposit a minimum of $25 in their account balance to cover advertising fees.

Business advertisers only pay a 10% fee (capped at $250) after a completed sale (fee is deducted from the business account balance automatically upon successful finalization of a transaction). There are no upfront payments for leads, calls, phone calls, appointments, meet-ups, website or foot traffic.

Yes. PerkMiner never sells, shares, or exploits member data. You control when and to whom you share your contact info.

Absolutely! Members get 2% cash back on purchases up to $2,500, paid by PerkMiner—not the business (real cash; not points or gift cards). Business advertisers earn 1% cash back on sales up to $2,500. Both members and business owners can earn referral commissions by inviting others (members are able to invite people to become members and businesses to become advertisers). Businesses can only invite other businesses to advertise with Perk Miner LLC. (Instant payment of cash back and commissions is made upon the finalization of every transaction).

Commissions are paid on referral sales and are paid in Tiers 2-5. The exact amount is provided to all registered members and advertisers from their dashboard (There are several calculators that provide estimated earnings). Our generous payout model allows members to earn more than what they spend each month and it also allows businesses to earn more than their total sale amount.

No! Inviting other people to become members and inviting businesses to become an advertiser is completely optional. Members and Businesses do not earn commissions from inviting others; earnings are based on the finalization of real purchases and for the payment of real services only. However, inviting others will multiply your earnings tremendously as your network will grow by inviting others. There is zero-risk and zero cost for everyone (members and businesses) to join. Inviting others literally takes seconds. All you need is the email address of the person you're inviting. From your dashboard, you click on the invite button (members can invite people and businesses and businesses can only invite businesses), enter the email address and click on send. That's it! The person or business you invite will receive an email with information about perkminer.com, they will be able to watch the promo videos and when the click on the "Join" button, they are automatically re-directed to the proper registration page and your referral ID is auto-populated on the registration page for you. Upon successful registration, you will see them in your network at the bottom of you dashboard.

No! This is to protect member and business network earnings. This is creates a fair experience to all members and business advertisers.

Yes! Once a member or a business earns more than $600 during the tax year, all members and businesses will be required to fill out the proper tax form (W9, etc) and will be responsible for taxes on commissioned earnings (members do not pay taxes on cash back earnings).

Perk Miner LLC does not store any personal information on perkminer.com's database. All personal information is collected by Stripe (Merchant) and stored on Stripes website in order to keep your information protected.

Business advertisers are required to maintain enough funds in the business account balance, which is used to cover the 10% capped advertising fee. If a business does not have enough funds (for example, $100 for a $1,000 sale), the system will not allow them to finalize the transaction and they are automatically re-directed to the "Add Funds" page. This prevents their account from going into the negative.

FINALIZING THE TRANSACTION:
1. The member begins the process by clicking on the "Show QR" button from the listing page of the business where they made the purchase (a QR code is displayed).
2. Member shows the QR code to the business owner or staff member.
3. The business owner or staff member scans the QR code (they are notified by email and in their dashboard that they have a transaction that needs to be finalized), they enter the amount the member paid and submit. That's it! It takes seconds to do.

MANUAL FINALIZATION:
Business owners can also finalize transactions manually (for remote transactions) from their dashboard.

Members click on "Business unable to finalize transaction" button and this begins a 3-way secure messaging interaction (Member, the business and Perk Miner LLC support) to resolve the finalization process.
