You only need a valid email address. You register in 4 simple steps: Enter a valid email address and password (for future logins), click the recaptch, click Register and verify your email address. That's it. Perk Miner will never ask you for your personal information and only stores your name (for invites) and email address. All other personal data is securely stored on Stripe's end during the onboarding when you setup your payouts (you are re-directed to Stripe to complete the onboarding process).

Perk Miner is a Nevada registered business located in Las Vegas, NV with a Pay-Per-Sale Advertising Platform built around consumer privacy. Perk Miner charges it's advertisers a flat 10% fee (capped at $250), which is a 1,000% Return on Ad Spend or higher on completed sales (no hidden fees, contracts or commitment).

Advertisers are required to offer at least one perk to all members. Our members search for perks and it's like mining for perks — Not crypto.

It’s free for members — Always Free — with no membership or subscription fees, no contracts, and no commitment! Business advertisers list their business for as little as $25 (pre-funded advertising dollars that remain in their account balance until they have made a sale or closed a deal).

Business advertisers only pay a 10% fee (capped at $250) after a completed sale (fee is deducted from the business account balance automatically upon successful finalization of a transaction). There are no fees for exclusive leads (One Member to One Business), calls, phone calls, appointments, meet-ups, website or foot traffic.

Perk Miner LLC does verify that a business is legally registered in the state in which they are conducting business before approving a listing at the time of submission (advertisers are required to submit documentation and we verify what we can). If a business is not legally registered in the state where they are conducting business, they cannot advertise on perkminer.com (exception, business that have been grand-fathered in and are a verified business with a real location).

At this time, we are working on implementing a process to conduct real-time monitoring of business advertisers, but for the time being, our members must do their own research when it pertains to reviews (advertisers are able to add their google reviews link to their listing and public profile page), licensing, bonding and insurance, especially for our service providers. We simply provide the secure connection and protect our members (advertisers do not have access or receive any member contact details until the member decides when, and to whom to share that information with).

Yes. Advertisers are required to submit their listing for approval. Once a listing has been approved, certain details for the listing must be re-submitted for approval before going live on the site.

If an advertiser makes a change to their live listing and is required to re-submit their listing for the new updates to be displayed, the listing goes into a pending approval status (removed from the live site until the re-submitted listing has been reviewed and approved). Once approved, the listing goes live with the new updates. This is in order to maintain a safe browsing experience for our members.

Advertisers with an e-commerce website can add their website to the Online Marketplace and all purchases are automatically finalized upon a successful purchase. Advertisers are required to add a script to their website to their order confirmation / “thank you” page and kept in place at all times (which is verified prior to approval). Instructions are provided to the advertiser.

Members are re-directed to the e-commerce website through perkminer.com and complete the purchase as if they went directly to e-commerce store.

Yes. PerkMiner never sells, shares, or exploits member data. You control when and to whom you share your contact info.

Absolutely! Members get 2% cash back on purchases up to $2,500, paid by PerkMiner — not the business (real cash; not points or gift cards). Business advertisers earn 1% cash back on closed sales up to $2,500. Both members and business owners can earn referral commissions by inviting others (members are able to invite people to become members and businesses to become advertisers). Businesses can only invite other businesses to advertise with Perk Miner LLC. Real-time earnings are displayed upon the finalization of each individual transaction).

Members and Advertisers can calculate their earnings from their dashboard (Calculators that provide estimated earnings to registered members and advertisers). Our generous payout model allows members to earn more than what they spend and it also allows businesses to earn more than what they sell. Perk Miner pays out up to 84% of the revenue paid by advertisers from every finalized transaction in the form of cash back or referral commissions (See full payout sample)

Perk Miner LLC considers the cash back and referral commissions paid as advertising fees. We believe that word of mouth is the most trusted and powerful form of advertising and instead of paying for traditional forms of advertising, we'd rather pay our members and advertisers to tell others about perkminer.com

No! Inviting other people to become members and inviting businesses to become an advertiser is completely optional. Members and Businesses do not earn commissions from inviting others; earnings are based on the finalization of real purchases and for the payment of real services only. However, inviting others will multiply your earnings tremendously as your network grows by inviting others. There is zero-risk and zero cost for everyone (members and businesses) to join.

Inviting others literally takes seconds. All you need is the email address of the person you're inviting or the business you're inviting. From your dashboard, you click on the invite button (members can invite people and businesses and businesses can only invite businesses), enter the email address and click on send. That's it! The person or business you invite will receive an email with information about perkminer.com, they will be able to watch some promo videos and when the click on the "Join" button, they are automatically re-directed to the proper registration page and your referral ID is auto-populated on the registration page for you. Upon successful registration, you will see them in your network at the bottom of you dashboard. There are also ways to invite others and businesses with flyers you can print out or you can also invite others through social media

No! This is to protect member and business network earnings. This creates a fair experience to all members and business advertisers.

Yes! Once a member or a business earns more than $600 during the tax year, all members and businesses will be required to fill out the proper tax form (W9, etc) and will be responsible for taxes on commissioned earnings (payouts onboarding is securely done through Stripe and they send you the 1099).

Perk Miner LLC does not store any personal information on perkminer.com's database. All personal information is collected by Stripe (Merchant) and stored on Stripes website in order to keep your information protected.

Business advertisers are required to maintain enough funds in the business account balance, which is used to cover the 10% capped advertising fee. If a business does not have enough funds (for example, they only have $50 for a $1,000 sale), the system will not allow them to finalize the transaction and they are automatically re-directed to the "Add Funds" page. This prevents their account from going into the negative.

FINALIZING THE TRANSACTION:
1. The member begins the process by clicking on the "Show QR" button from the listing page of the business where they made the purchase (a QR code is displayed).
2. Member shows the QR code to the business owner or staff member.
3. The business owner or staff member scans the QR code (they are notified by email and in their dashboard that they have a transaction that needs to be finalized), they enter the amount the member paid and submit. That's it! It takes seconds to do.

MANUAL FINALIZATION:
Business owners can also finalize transactions manually (for remote transactions) from their dashboard.

Members click on "Business unable to finalize transaction" button and this begins a 3-way secure messaging interaction (Member, the business and Perk Miner LLC support) to resolve the finalization process.
