No Intrusive Surveillance Technology: We do not track your off-app browsing history, we do not monitor your search activity across the internet to serve you retargeted ads, and we absolutely do not use device microphone or listening technology to monitor your real-world conversations.

1-to-1 Exclusivity: You are only connected to one single business of your choosing. Unlike other platforms that force you into a "Call to Action" form that blasts your data to dozens of competing contractors or businesses, Perkminer ensures your inquiry stays private between you and the specific merchant you selected.
The Power to End Sessions: Members can review quotes, discuss details, or terminate a messaging session with a business at any time, for any reason, with zero penalties or obligations.

3. STRICT MERCHANT ANTI-DATA-SHARING RULES

If a Member chooses to voluntarily disclose personal contact information (such as a phone number or physical address) to a Business Advertiser inside the Secure Messaging network for the purpose of a service call, delivery, or an in-person estimate, the Business Advertiser is bound by strict privacy mandates:

No Third-Party Sharing: The Business Advertiser is legally prohibited from sharing, trading, or transferring a Member’s contact information to any other business, subcontractor, or third-party entity.

No Data Commercialization: Business Advertisers are strictly prohibited from saving, logging, or storing Member details for the purpose of selling that data for monetary gain or using it for off-platform marketing lists.

4. OUR NO-SPAM, NO-ADVERTISING PROMISE

Zero Unwanted Ads: Members will never experience intrusive pop-up advertisements, banner ads, unskippable video ads, or sponsored junk while using Perkminer.com or our application.
No Unsolicited Outbound Marketing: Perkminer will never sell Member data, including your email address, to third-party marketing companies, nor will we send you unsolicited marketing emails or spam.
No Harassment Protection: Because your phone number is never collected or distributed by our platform, you will never receive endless telemarketing calls, spam texts, or persistent high-pressure sales pitches from our advertisers.
